The room was spotless and modern and we enjoyed the bathroom, it was clean. The service was all in all great. By the way, we paid extra usd 10 per hour for WiFi connection. Location: the hotel was near to the centre, and the coffee shop. Besides, it was 5 min drive to Palolo Deep Marine Reserve.

The hotel was modern and immaculately clean. The staff was pretty friendly and fantastic. The room was well-appointed and great-sized. The room provided a dishwasher and very comfortable beds. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge too.

Upon entering the reception, I was greeted by a clean and fresh scent, instantly giving a great first impression. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The sizeable fridge, electric frying pan, jug, toaster, ironing board, and iron were convenient additions. The shower was also spacious and refreshing. The hotel had a lovely pool for both kids and adults, along with a well-designed recreation area. I had a wonderful stay at Samoana and would highly recommend it.

Free coffee and breakfast is a great way to start the day. The location is convenient for sports fans, with a nearby stadium. The pool is a welcome respite from the warmth.

The hotel is isolated, with no other evening activities apart from the pool. The restaurant shuts early, which is inconvenient if you want to dine at the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were exceptionally well priced, especially for the room we got. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the modern interiors to the basic amenities provided. The location was also ideal, close to everything but not right in the center of town.

The staff here were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They booked taxis for me upon request and provided good local knowledge. The hotel facilities were clean and well equipped, with daily refreshment from cleaners. Also, I enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was close to everything and the parking offered was convenient.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Samoa, not too far from the center of Apia. The location was perfect - close to everything but not right in the center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. The rooms were comfortable, with very comfortable beds and even had their own kitchen on the second floor. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of options available.

This hotel has great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to Apia town but not right in the center, so it's convenient for exploring everything. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the rooms have very comfortable beds. I also love that there's a kitchen on the second floor, which is a bonus for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.

One drawer in the dresser was broken in one of the rooms, which was a minor inconvenience.

Had a wonderful thanksgiving weekend! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with a great air conditioning and fan system. Loved the location; it was convenient and easily accessible to major attractions and establishments. We also appreciated the kitchen facilities which were very helpful.

Some negative aspects affected our stay. For example, the breakfast items were not kept warm, and some of the dishes were missing bottom heaters.
